WHERE ARE THE BATHROOMS LOCATED?
Port O Pottys can be found around the perimeter of Raider Village (TTU Engineering Key).
WHAT ARE THE ACCESS TIMES OF THE SITE?
If kickoff is on or before 1pm Raider Village opens at 8am, if kickoff is after 1pm site opens 5 hours prior. Site closes 1 hour after completion of the game.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

You can add a parking pass in the area for an additional fee or you can be dropped off at Memorial Circle.

 

CAN WE BRING A GRILL AND OTHER COOKING DEVICES?

Small grills that can be transported by hand are allowed and must be setup on a piece of plywood. No deep fryers, pull behind grills/smokers or open flames allowed.

HOW DOES CATERING WORK?

All guests are welcome to use one of the preferred vendors, an outside vendor, or bring their own food. TGE is only able to coordinate food delivery for the preferred vendors. All of the options can be seen under the package options for the website.

HOW DOES ALCOHOL WORK?

Tailgate Express must control the distribution of alcohol at Raider Village. If you don’t go with an all-inclusive package, then you can let us know what alcoholic product that you want available at your tailgate and we will provide a TABC certified bartender to service your group.

CAN I DISPLAY SIGNAGE?

All banners/flags displayed must remain underneath tent structure. No marketing material, flyers, or anything to solicit business at Raider Village is allowed.

IS THERE A POWER SOURCE ALREADY AT THE TAILGATE?

No there is not a source of power at the tailgates unless a generator is reserved by itself or with a media package. Tailgate Express’ generators can be used for permissible equipment only.

CAN I LEAVE MY ITEMS AT THE TENT DURING THE GAME?

Yes. You may leave your items at your tent while you attend the game. We encourage you to gather everything and place under the tent in an organized manner to keep you belongings centralized. We will monitor the area during the game, however, Tailgate Express  is not responsible for any items left behind or misplaced.

IS THERE RE-ENTRY INTO THE PARKING LOT?

If needing to re-enter the parking lot you will have to speak with the parking lot attendant who is a University employee, not a Tailgate Express staff member.

CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL PARKING PASSES?

Currently additional parking passes can be purchased but are subject to availability on a per game basis.
